CMA have secured two approvals for Peabody this month, which between them will deliver 128 new homes. The first scheme, designed by Stockwool, is in Rotherhithe in Southwark and will see 62 new homes provided with redevelopment of a former nursing home. The second scheme, designed by Bell Phillips and pictured here is in Abbey Wood in Bexley, and will see 66 new homes provided as well as 250 sqm of commercial space, within a building raising up to 10 storeys in height. Both schemes should commence on site later in 2020.
