Pleased to announce CMA secured approval at the LLDC Planning Committee this week for our latest scheme in Hackney Wick. The proposals at 34-38 Wallis Road for Scape, designed by Hawkins\Brown and BD Landscape, will be Hackney Wick and Fish Island’s first Shared Living scheme. The development will provide 212 shared living homes and 1400sqm of work space, with exemplary shared amenities at the heart of the design, helping to enhance the resident’s sense of community within their home. CMA have worked extensively in the HWFI area in recent years, and this project represents their 20th major approval.
