Planning permission was secured in February 2020 for these 20 mixed-tenure homes in Waltham Forest for Sixty Bricks, the company established by Waltham Forest to deliver new homes within the Borough.

The site will provide 50% affordable homes (30% social rent) on a brownfield former garage site adjacent to a railway line.  The site had been vacant and derelict for many years, and suffered from anti-social behaviour issues.  

All of the flats within the scheme are dual-aspect, accommodated within two blocks, located around a new central communal garden, which is also accessible to other local residents within the estate.  The design features brick gable elevations that acknowledge the form and brickwork details of the surrounding Warner Houses.
