Hackney Planning Committee Approval for mixed use building in Hoxton
On behalf of Aitch Group, and working alongside Buckley Gray Yeoman architects, CMA Planning has obtained approval for a new mixed use building containing 36 flats as well as a significant level of commercial accommodation on Eagle Wharf Road, in Hoxton. The proposal will allow the existing occupiers, Aldridge Security, to remain on site, whilst also providing new employment space, which will total 3940 sqm (or 42,400 sqft), a key requirement in the Priority Employment Area within which the site was located. Work is scheduled to begin on the development later on in 2016.
