CMA Planning have submitted an application for the redevelopment of 25-37 Rothbury Road, in Hackney Wick to the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC). The scheme, for Aitch Group and designed by Hawkins Brown Architects contains 7000 sqft of commercial space with 23 homes above. The development forms the final part of the redevelopment of this urban block by Aitch, which when completed, will deliver 60,000 sqft of commercial space and 181 new homes.
