CMA Planning have secured approval at Hackney Planning Committee for two applications, both Borough Estate Regeneration projects on the Frampton Park Estate, and both designed by Henley Halebrown Rorrison. The first is a three to five storey building to replace the former Frampton Arms pub on Well Street, providing 20 flats, whilst the second is to redevelop Lyttelton House with 25 flats in a five-storey building. 78% of the 45 new homes will be affordable.
