CMA Planning have submitted new regeneration proposals for Fish Island, at 1-7 Dace Road, for Aitch Group to the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC). The scheme, designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman, includes 110 new flats and 6300 sqm of commercial space, split between four buildings located around a central square.
