CMA Planning are pleased to have secured approval from the London Borough of Islington for the comprehensive refurbishment and extension of office buildings at 68–70 & 60 Goswell Road in Clerkenwell. The scheme, by Hawkins Brown for Kiri Capital, takes a retrofit-first approach, to sensitively refurbish and extend the buildings in line with modern standards to deliver around 40,000 sqft of high-quality, flexible workspace.
