This mixed-use development in Corby aims to breathe new life into the Northamptonshire town that was hit by the decline of the steel industry. As a Council driven regeneration project, the proposals enjoyed broad political support. However, there were still planning issues to address and a requirement for a supporting Planning Statement. CMA Planning were able to work with Hawkins Brown architects to provide planning advice in a cost effective manner in order to secure planning permission, which was granted in 2007. The project has since been completed.
