The scheme involves two linked sites, which form part of a joint venture with the Council. Amersham Vale contains 120 new homes, including family houses and two blocks of flats overlooking a newly created park. Frankham Street is also a residential development, of 209 new homes, and also involves the retention and conversion of the Victorian former Tidemill School Buildings, along with new build blocks ranging in height from four to six storeys combined with the provision of major new public realm spaces.
CMA Planning lead the planning process, carrying out pre-application discussions and liaising with Lewisham Council and the GLA (on Frankham Street). Following on from this, planning permission was secured for both sites in 2018.
